Meet the Crew
Huayna Tejo
Founder / CEO
Working at SODA is fun because it never gets boring. I like that, the new, the different, and I’m not afraid to change or revise my thoughts. This was one of the reasons that led me to found SODA.
I am a Flash Developer at heart, obsessed with building good things and watch them work. I’m learning to be a father (Gabriel can tell) and at home I find a perfect place (Deborah makes that happen).
Bruno Hanover
Interactive Director
Working with Web Standards might be a pain in the neck for some web developers. The market has just begun to accept and appreciate it, and its ideological aspect has disseminated in a slow pace.
SODA has quality as a priority since its foundation. Concepts such as Usability, Accessibility, Microformats and the use of W3C Standards are applied by me in all the web sites we develop. It’s very pleasant to work where little details make all the difference.
Diego Costa
Creative/Art Director
I've been attracted to graphics since those years when I used to spend the whole day watching cartoons on TV with my brother. I grew up surrounded by paints, paper and drawings around the house. And what used to be a fun game turned into my profession.
Nowadays, I am responsible for all the visual content we produce at SODA. My goal is to give the projects a flawless aesthetic treatment, always seeking the highest levels of quality in every new job.
Demócrito Garcia
Webwriter / Project Manager
Unease is my daily driver. It goes from the doubt about the dinosaurs suddenly vanishing up to the daily search for more sustainable and humanitarian activities.
Some might say I'm shy. However, I’m here to communicate. And when I don’t know the best answer, I sure have the best question. This is my passion, enlighten projects that still don’t have any frames, come up with new ideas and find new paths.
Diógenes Fernandes
Developer
As a child, I systematically observed my toys. I’ve always liked to know how things worked. After some time, the very first computer arrived in my house and I became fascinated with it.
From that point, it was just a little leap for me to start developing web sites. Now, I make part of the SODA Team as a web systems developer.
Krysna Nóbrega
Art Director
Igor Sobreira
Lead Developer
My entertainment is to develop web systems that meet customers' expectations, and are fast and simple to use. I always use the newest and toughest technology, no bureaucracies.
I love software development because it involves creativity and challenges. Complex problems are part of your day-to-day, and a relaxed and inspiring place, full of smart people, is everything you need. That's what I have at Soda.
Allisson Azevedo
Systems Administrator / Web Development
I love to research and discover new technologies, especially for the web, which has been my focus lately. Here at SODA, I have the opportunity to improve these technologies and that makes me fulfilled as a professional. At SODA, I assist in Web development and systems management, always seeking new ways of optimization.
Daine Wood
International Relations
If you have something to say, you should be able to speak up and be understood all over the world, right? That’s why I’m here.
My main skill is to allow concepts and ideas to be exchanged between languages and cultures, making sure that the translation is as accurate as the source. It’s a pretty rewarding task. It’s the marvel of intercultural communication.
